It could be an alien, it could be a piece of loaf and alot of computer enhancment. It could be some small mammal plucked for fur/feathers and surgically altered to look like what it does.
worst case scenario a human fetus.(id imagine they would look somthing like that)
Ive never dissected anything so i wouldent really know, but the ribcage there looked humanoid
